How Program Works:
Our Gold Medal Plan is designed to give you priority service at a discount rate on your regularly scheduled maintenance.

You will receive two regular maintenance per calendar year.  One in spring and one in fall.

Members will receive 10% off on any repairs needed other than their regular maintenance.

Preventative Maintenance Includes:

• Pull and Clean Blower Assembly and Cabinet
  
• Oil Motors
  
• Check Filters
  
• Check Belts and Pulleys
  
• Clean outside cabinet of equipment
  
• Clean flame sensor
  
• Clean pilot assembly
  
• Inspect ignitors
  
• Inspect heat exchange for blockage or cracks
  
• Check safety limit switch operation
  
• Inspect thermostat, make sure it’s level
  
• Check for burnt, loose or broken wires
  
• Check for proper voltage to the unit and controls
  
• Check amp draws on all motors, compressors and electric heat elements
  
• Check condensate drains
  
• Check gas piping and connections
  
• Inspect and clean condenser coil and evaporator coil
  
• Check refrigerant charge
  
• Inspect flue pipe and connections

Units with dirty coils and blowers will not operate efficiently.
